I think Wordpress is pretty goof for beginners. When we had our office website re-designed, the designer used Wordpress. He taught us the basics in less than 30 minutes and we're off on our own. So I guess it is not difficult to use Wordpress even for beginners.

Hello Vinaya I will recommend you to start with WordPress. Almost 19% of the world best and heaviest traffic gaining websites are on WordPress. You can find a theme suitable for you and tons of plug-ins which are very much easy to install.. There options are limitless in this ocean and they are pretty cheap. Bonus you will get people online to fix up any issues for free or negligible cost. In my opinion go for WordPress

Thanks for clarifying. I have used wordpress on different residual writing sites. I even had free wordpress blog. I know some tricks of wordpress, but Joomla and Drupal both are new for me. When I am ready to launch my website, I will definitely choose wordpress as content management system.

I prefer Joomla primarly for intern sites, mostly to arrange scattered information. Wordpress seems better for your Internet face :)

I like WordPress as it is very easy to get good and free templates for WordPress platform than others. And it is also easy to handle WordPress with in build statistics option to evaluate traffic.
