Hi Friends,

I do not know the exact amount collected by the Paypal to transfer the funds from one currency to other, but they will charge you more when you are buying the currency and they will give you less amount when you sell your dollars. Means for every transaction if it is transfer of currencies Paypal charges near 20 % different in sending and receiving money via Paypal

I am not sure how it works In your country. Here in the Philippines, if we transfer money from Paypal to bank that is more than $150 there is no Paypal charge, below that amount there is around $1 charge.

You might want to contact Paypal, not sure most of us would know this answer and would not like to give you the wrong answer for your transfer of funds.

I think it depends on the rate, because i was withdrawing before and I still received fees. It needs to be more than $160.

Paypal usually charge me ( malaysia) 10% from my total earning. So, it depends on which country you reside

I am not really sure about PayPal charges because I observed that they don't deduct something on some but deduct some % on the other. I think it has something to do with the sender's agreement with PayPal just not so sure.

If there is a charge then the rate depends on your location. I would suggest that you find the information on the site or if it is not available then contact paypal. Then you will know for sure. It sounds like if you are transferring that much then perhaps there would not be a fee hopefully.

Yes, some vendors take care of the fees. I believe when you are charged a fee by PayPal that it is a percentage of the amount.

If your paypal belongs to US then calculate it with 10% though i'm not sure because there policies and charges may changed anytime so its better to contact paypal authority on facebook and i assure you that they help like a friend. :)

The Paypal fee is different for each country and it varies depending on how the money is sent. I would probably e-mail Paypal and ask to be sure. We might be able to give you an estimate on here, but only Paypal can give you a definite answer.

I think it depends on the country. I don't have any withdrawal fees when I transfer the money from Paypal to my bank account. But I see a 10% charge when I get paid thru paypal from clients.

I agree, that also depends on where you want to transfer. If you would like to transfer to another Paypal account it can be free through the gift option. If you are transferring to a bank account it charges an initial fee and a percentage of what you have transferred. Here is a list of the fee's that I think you can use as a reference: https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/paypal-fees.

I think it depends of country and about limits fixed by PayPal regarding the amount of money transferred.
