How Long Does It Take To Review A Call In Humanatic?

Postby moondebi » 16 Oct 2015, 12:01

Could anyone give me an idea of the time required to review a call in Humanatic?

As a newbie, I only have two types of calls to be reviewed. I, still have not started the work as people are saying that it needs a lot of patience to earn. So, before starting, I just wanted to have an idea of the time and wage ratio.

I think you'll soon find out that it varies from call to call because they're all different lengths. When I used to do a bit of work on there, I sometimes stumbled across 30 minute calls and this is where I fell down. This is because I'd get bored and lose my focus, missing vital pieces of information. Some people even fast forward, but I'd say this is not advisable as you're likely to miss some important stuff. I much prefer calls between seconds up to say, 3 minutes at the very most, because I hate sitting there listening to them LOL But of course, you can't cherry pick

Patience is what you need. How much time required, it depends on the calls. There are short calls and long calls. The duration depends on the conversation. For those open categories you have, there is a required time to tag. You can't tag them within 10 seconds.

Thank you so much @ Angie10 .
You have provided some valuable piece of information. Now I know the reason of people's view on the site of calling it a bore.

I have been a member of this site for a couple of weeks now and I seem to be getting the hang of it. Some calls are very quick, for example, you might get a call that goes straight to voicemail and never reaches a live person. Some conversations you need to listen to for longer to get the gist of what is going on. I've listened to calls where customers don't make their intention clear until quite near the end of the call so you need to listen to it all. Also sometimes if the audio isn't too clear I might have to listen to parts of the conversation again.

Pardon my ignorance. I have been invited to Humanatics twice already but I seem not to find time. Now, with that call, is it like you are in a call center handling an inquiry of sorts? And you use the speaker and the microphone?

No Alex, it's all done online. You sign in with your login details and have categories assigned to you but you listen to the calls online.

At first you can get two types or categories of phone calls and gradually the other locked categories will unlock which depend on your performance. The length of each call is not same from one another it varies as you can see.

It depends. If you are talking about live inbound and live outbound as your categories, it really depends on how you learn everyday and how you apply that learning everyday. I can get 0.5 per hour on inbound when I was just starting and .8 on outbound up to a dollar. It didn't increase because there were lots of categories that I opened for a week so I try to learn other cats and left these cats.

This is a nice low paying Non phone opportunity in my opinion. I do use a headset but these are pre recorded calls and you listen and mark them. One category for instance you just select the name of the person from the list who handled the call. There is a lot of categories and you get paid a different amount per each. Right now the most I can make is like 2 cents in a category. Like I said very low paying but they have paid me. Sometimes I do this while writing since you don't have to look at the screen just to select your response. Just need good multi task skills I suppose to do 2 things or more at once.
