Do you realize that infolinks are very intrusive and if anyone does click on one, you lost them for good? It opens a new website to replace yours that most people won't even look at and very few will ever try that again. I would never use that service, unless you had junk traffic and didn't care what happened to your visitors.
I guess it depends how we think of inline ads. I am still testing which ad network works best for my blog. Personally, I don't find inline ads intrusive, if I was the reader. I find popup ads a lot more annoying.
