After reading a couple of blog posts about ad networks with no pre-requisites like Adhexa and Adscorpmedia, I decided to try them on my newly created site.
After a couple of days, I began to see adult and cheap quality sites being opened in my browser on their own (without even clicking anything). Since I always have multiple sites opened, I couldn't instantly realize what site was the source of this..
Finally I realized it was my own site and it was after adding ads from these two networks that I started seeing such sites opening.
Has anyone else experienced this? Are there any more such sites that you might want to warn us of?

Adhexa is a new advertising company, which came online in 2014. AdHexa offers three different ad formats – Banner ads, Pop Under Ads and Direct Link ads. Everytime you visit your site you will see these ads on your browser, I think is that you are experiencing. Be aware that I heard that this site does not pay its users, there are many people complaining that they were not paid, so my advise is for you to stay away from it.

About Adscorpmedia I never heard about that site so I can not give my opinion about it.

I know.. but that's not what I'm experiencing.. They are not displaying ads on their ad slots, but they are hijacking my site.. whenever someone opens my site, it is redirected to porn sites!!! I've removed their codes from my site now..

Oh I see, I hate sites that do this and refer you to porn, I had never heard of Adhexa and Adscorpmedia before, I am glad you gave us the information on these.

Do you run any malware or virus protection programs when you surf?

I run Vipre on all of my computers and I'm constantly amazed at the number of sites that Vipre blocks when I'm surfing traffic exchanges like TrafficSwirl. While it's not a huge number, around 1 or 2 per hundred sites surfed, it is enough to make me glad that I bought a good protection program.

It only takes one bad website to make for a very bad day.

Oh no! Good thing you discovered it very early on and was able to remove it quickly. Thanks for the warning, too. I will keep my distance from those ad networks.
