My TV is on the whole day and that does not mean I get glued to it. As and when I have some time I will spend time in front of the TV watching news or mostly Crime Patrol.

What are your favourite shows?

I don't do it, but my sisters love doing it. They keep the TV on as background noise the whole day even when they're not giving it their full attention. Sometimes they need the noise to fall asleep.

Shows that are almost always on at my house - Law & Order SVU, Criminal Minds, Veronica Mars, and recently The Rookies.

No. I'm not usually home during the day because I go to work. Even when I was home all day I didn't have the TV on all the time. I used to put it on while I ate lunch if I was home alone. Now I only watch it at night sometimes.

For background sounds, i mostly use my 2nd phone for that, cause this way i can be comfortable working wherever i want to work in the house.

During day, latop is on all time. During night TV is on all time. I can't sleep in total dark and silence except I am very tired.

Lol same here, though there are times i play songs in the background but the lights are always off.

Most of TV have platforms for replay, some prefer publish on Youtube but even subscription fee is not a fortune or high expensive subscription fee and you can watch during working hours on your mobile phone so no need on TV at night, because you can't hide this to your employer how watch everything with camera so no need to hide this.

I am not comfortable watching anything on a mobile. I just use it for calls and sms

I connect my PC to a TV and use it as a monitor, so yes, I have the TV on all day, every day.
