I applied for a job I really want today. I'm hoping for lady luck to rescue me from my current responsibility. A few days after Mother's Day and I managed to anger my mother which hurt me more than she realized. I got her a very expensive gift too. Now I'm all confused on what to do to make things right. Other than that, I'm making progress in the things I want to accomplish.

Nothing. Well, that's not strictly true because I woke up, got showered and even got my taxi to go to work. But I needed to call to get directions to the place I was meant to be going. Only they told me they had no event lined up for today, that it had in fact taken place this time last week. Clearly my line manager had boo-booed bwahahaha.

Since I'm only a part-time employee, I didn't have to go into work. But I was still a bit miffed because I could've had a few more winks! So that's why I'm here now, posting on FC much earlier than I usually do.

My day is kind of incomplete because I am expecting to see someone but I don't have any idea how to see him and then I don't see him. I felt that there is something wrong about my decision to see him today. This is not the type of my day.

I went for Over Time at work, my offline job. There are lots of things to do and above all the lists to do, I only did one of the 10 task. I thought it will be easy. My strategy is wrong and I am kind of slow because I am on training. I know it now. I will do better the next time.

I will post for yesterday as it was quite exciting. My granddaughter was in the school choir and performing in an auction programme which is to be televised by the BBC later this year. There were lots of stalls for people to buy things and an auction of articles at the end to raise money for a special person who has contributed a lot to the community. There were famous people there too from a regular tv programme called Auction; the only bad thing was we had a huge downpour of rain that soaked everyone. It was still a good day.

I am sad today. I feel Betrayed. Someone was hiding something from my group and now we learned the truth. We felt useless and out of place. It hard when someone is lying at your back but we cannot avoid this people.

I'm sorry to hear that someone deceived you. It's really hard when you are deceived because you have a little more trouble trusting people in the future. I hope it was nothing too serious.

I am on vacation and it is been two days since I came to my hometown after a long time so couldn't come online for the entire two days. Enjoying my days here but still, I miss my home and I am longing to work continuously. Hope everyone had a great day.

I missed work today due to sprain, but in the afternoon, I went out to meet my group to meet our favorite celebrity. We had a small secret gathering to celebrate his birthday. It was a late celebration and he is very happy.

Last while has been busy for me. I spent quite a few days in a row at my home town. My sisters baby shower and then weeding the strawberries and snipping the blossoms. Today I need to go down again to get my car fixed. I am hoping tomorrow and Friday I can return to a more normal schedule since all this is interfering with my work sites. Not a huge deal of course but I need the money so not good either.

I am missing someone because I just got to see him this week and now I am missing him, but he is a celebrity I know and I support at present.

Right now, I was sleeping the whole afternoon because I feel tired. I lost sleep last night because I was voting the whole time.

Today I did nothing especial, I slept until noon then I walked the dog, had lunch and the rest of the time I've spent online, watching football and talking with my cousin.

My day is off to a good start. I did something different today--I exercised. It has been a while since I did any kind of exercise. I subconsciously realize that I have to take time to take care of myself. I am now consciously putting this inot motion.

It was quite great today; I can feel the summer in the air already, the spring is as if it never even came, and I spent most of my time just getting the house fixed and making sure that everything is ready for the next few hot months!

I just got over being sick so I am on the mend. I am going to be spending most of the day at my parents house and visiting my best friend.

I've had a busy day, playing catch up after Memorial Day, but it's been a pretty good day so far. It's 93 F, so I'm taking a break right now to cool off and have a cold drink.

We cooked out yesterday with the kids and grandkids. My husband grilled hot dogs and sausages, and I made baked beans and vegetable salad. I'm just going to do leftovers from that instead of making a big dinner tonight.

It was a productive day for me. I finally completed a software project, and uploaded to the live server, and also finished a module for another project, and it's ready to show to the client. I am glad the kids spent time on their own, so I was able to work hard.
