The basic principle is that your out put should be more in terms of calories than your in put! That means you need to burn more energy than you take in! So depending upon your in take you can select the exercise that suits your body. For a person with heavy weight jogging may not be good for the joints....best thing is to get advise from your physician for this!

I think I lost two kilosin last two weeks. I need check my weight again.

I had put on a lot of weight by the time I finished high school. I started running and doing some aerobics in campus and now I have lost a lot of weight.
