I haven't joined any programs in particular but I have been wanting to lose weight. It's really hard to muster up the motivation though.

No I am not. I worked from to 2PM or after 2PM. I have shfits during week. Sometimes I am tired but more mentally than physical. Working with kids can be mentally hard.

My weight has since climbed to 171 pounds. Weight Loss Buddy has become more active recently so maybe the accountability is going to work.

Good news! I now weigh 158 pounds!

I stopped consuming all that junk food with my sandwiches and junk food late at night after midnight.

Yesterday, while my roommate was at WalMart, you do not know how bad that I wanted to text her to grab some chips.

I prepared some energy balls to consume for when I am craving junk food. 2 energy balls equals 77 calories. Simply mix peanut butter and oatmeal with pancake syrup and form into balls. I use pancake syrup instead of maple syrup as is more affordable.

As a treat, I bought myself new bras, new underwear and new socks.

I saw my family physician today and got weighed! I now weigh 155 pounds! ;) ;)

He asked myself how I am accomplishing the weight loss.

I am not really sure?

I have been changing things here and there.

I have a whole Crock-Pot of lentil atleast once a week.

There are days when instead of having sugar and cream in coffee, I have haw honey and ground cinnamon with 2 packets of artificial sweetener.

These are just a couple of the changes.

This is actually good, by knowing these foods, you can easily avoid them and loose weight or maintain your current weight without doing anything drastic.

Since my roommate had knee surgery, she obviously cannot drive to get our groceries.

So, today, I gave our friend a shopping list who would be picking up our groceries.

Our friend went over the grocery list and gave her opinion on what we do and do not need.

After she left, I realized that I had forgotten honey. A necessity for my coffee and iced coffee. So, I texted her but never got a reply.

I do not want to go to the days of sugar and cream.

Do you think that she is going to pull through for myself?
