Today was Day 1 of my Slim Fast diet! I just finished my 2 shakes and am done for the day food-wise. 3 mini meals, 2 shakes and 1 sensible meal. Easy as 3-2-1.

I was curious about the cause if death for Betty White. They say she passed away peacefully, natural causes. I am only in my 60s but if I were to live as long as she did, hope I can maintain my health as well as she did.

Yesterday positive on fast test for Covid. Today entire day sleep.

I did not get tested but my son came home sick and now I'm sick! Yesterday was awful! I'm feeling a little bit better today. Even without the test, I'm pretty sure it's COVID. I have never had symptoms like this when it was just the flu.

I had same symptoms before. Only pain in throat, most often after few nights drinking cold beer and coke.
Now it was Covid.

I am spending a few hours at my former supervisor's office for a change of scenery. I am always in MY office!

I used to be a barista for her at a cafe.

She has given me a bunch of presents this morning! Headphones, a mouse, post-it notes, greeting cards and a craft she made of a biblical verse with a coloring book page. I need to find a frame for the craft.

I miss seeing my customers at the cafe, but my back would break in two when working. Not only did I serve drinks, I helped in the kitchen and did all janitorial duties.

So, I quit and write full-time.

Since I am in isolation, I worked some things for regular job, cleaning my apartment and post few sentences for online jobs.

I am on my way back home after work. Had worked from 7am to 5.45pm. Actually i should knock off at 3.20pm but too many tasks to complete. Tomorrow is my off day

Another day in isolation past fast. I didn't even take afternoon sleep. Throat is much better. I had two longer phone talks and it hold. I got some cough but nothing long. Throat just went dry and glass of water or two solve situation.

The day has been going pretty much fine, and I'm happy that my parcel came today on time.
