Today, I made up a meal plan. This meal plan is subject to change as I still have over 300 calories available.
Dinner: marinara penne
Mini-Meals: creamed tuna on toast and french fries
What else should I prepare?
Yesterday, I was so groggy. I figured out the reason. I was only drinking iced tea and coffee, not my usual water. I was upset as my favorite water enhancer has been cleared from the grocery store shelves. I hate plain water and rely on my favorite water enhancer. So, I am using a substitute that is tolerable, I guess.
