I sended application for grading national exams for pyhsics. Exams were written 3 weeks ago by 8th graders in entire country. They accept application and I was in team with 70 teachers. Results will be published in next month.

So, I have a fan on in my bedroom office window, a box fan on the floor and a ceiling fan on.

When we lived in El Paso, they discouraged the use of air conditioners in homes. We had something called an evaporative cooler and we had to keep the windows open for it to work efficiently and effectively. The house in El Paso had bars on the windows. We had a serious crime problem. Opened windows that did not have bars were like an invitation to have your home invaded. I was very happy when we moved from El Paso to Austin. We pay for the electricity in our apartment, so we get to run the A/C.

I'm working today, just on a break now and will go back in about an hour. I can't wait for the day to end.

One roommate is attempting to figure out a biblical board game that she bought at a yard sale.

The other is working on a diamond dot painting.

I am side hustling.

However, the furnace is still on!

I just had a sweet afternoon nap, got up and had a delicious pork chop dinner my wife made and then we took a walk in the rain to visit our favorite Gellatto shop, but unfortunately it has short hours when it's not summer at the beach and we missed them. We check out tomorrow and have one more chance to grab one for lunch. If you ever get a chance to try it, you may end up going back every year like we do!

I have baked potatoes in the Crock-Pot as they were requested by the roommates for dinner.

I am waiting for a mocha to cool off as is my much-treated rejuvenation!
