I logged in my food and exercise diaries a little while ago on MyFitnessPal.com
I stayed below my calorie limit. Yay!
Food?
I had breakfast this morning, very odd. A grilled cheese.
For lunch, I had French fries with hot sauce.
Then, for dinner, I sauteed some leftover penne marinara.
As a mini-meal, I had a serving of BBQ potato chips.
Drinks?
Homemade iced coffee
Water with water enhancer
Homemade unsweetened iced tea
Exercise?
30 minutes of general exercise
Finally, I missed all of you! For the past couple of days, I have been procrastinating. My roommates make alot of money and I get jealous. So. I sulk and throw myself pity parties. My landlord gets the roommates jobs yet he does not even want to be a resume reference for me.
