A roommate was having some stinking thinking this past Saturday evening. So, I asked her if she would like to bake a cake. She got excited and said yes! So, she got up off of the couch and put me on cake assistant duty!

I taught a few lessons in the morning before I Skyped with family in England. After the Skype call, my husband and I watched our team, Everton's game against Aston Villa - a real nail biter that concluded in goalless draw.

Texas is having a cold snap. My entire day was spent trying to stay warm.

Today, my clothes match! I feel kind-of sexy. LOL

I ordered a new mouse for my laptop this evening.

Next, I am waiting for my offer for Slim Fast to be accepted.

Later on, as in late late tonight, I am going to clean the living room and bathroom, in peace and quiet while the roommates are in bed.

Stupid internet provider company cheated me and now I have contract to November 2025. Tommorow I will start legal options against them.

Holy crap, I just realized it's almost 5 pm. I haven't done much of anything today other than some homework for college I need to finish and some job hunting. I wrote a chapter for a fan-fiction I'm writing because I'm lame and have no life. My day has been pretty good and has gone by really quickly.

Yesterday, I worked my butt off submitting cookbook reviews. So, just now getting ready to side hustle here on FC and then return to cookbook reviews.

I just prepared myself an authentic mocha and am waiting for the authentic mocha to cool off. Probably going to have a few.

Well, today my daughter woke up sick, so that sucked. Otherwise it's been pretty okay. I've just been binge watching anime and crocheting most of the day.

Going on almost 2:00 am here. Although I am on a new lifestyle, I am not going to starve myself!

So, I prepared myself a grilled cheese and ate some coleslaw. Delicious and much healthier than some junk food!

I have today's food diary completed. As for mini-meals, I am going to have 2 Slim Fast shakes. For lunch or dinner (I have not decided yet), I am going to have a cheeseburger on white with salad greens and mushrooms.

All together below my 1, 200 calorie limit.

My drinks are all going to be sugar-free. One exception might be an authentic mocha.

I've had a very busy day, starting with three lessons in the morning. Afterwards, I went to have my hair washed at my hairdressers and then went groceries shopping. I came back home and started working on an article I'm editing. But I'm stopping after this to relax and enjoy an evening with my husband.

Hello there!

I am sitting here at my desk drinking a mocha or 2 and getting ready to side hustle for the evening. I prefer to side hustle these days instead of work on toopa/weekendnotes as I worked my butt off there last week and only earned $3.00! I am not happy.
