I am treating myself today to some good home-cooking! Yet, still under my calorie limit!

I am having a meatball sandwich, 2 servings of spaghetti with meatballs and salad then bread pizza! Woo Hoo! That's what I'm talking about!

I have had 3 authentic iced mochas and an IHOP buttery syrup with zero calorie sweetener! Yep! Woo Hoo!

Finally, I had an unsweetened iced tea with Wyler's light lemonade sticks.

I relaxed yesterday because i was mentally tired and it felt great to relax and eat some of my favorite dishes

Today second shift but I really don't have any idea what to make for lunch or dinner. Maybe I skip lunch but dinner is problem.

Monday is going well till now, I hope to make it a good day and achieve something by the end of the day

I really didn't feel like doing any work today,so I just focused on cleaning my room and downloading some movies for future watch.

Today is a busy day but I am able to find some time for my online activities LOL and it is important to take break between work

I just realized that I brewed myself a cup of coffee over an hour ago. ugh

It's been a relaxing day and I wish all days can be like that,that being said I also need to learn to stay patient and face any issues with patience

I'm off to a concert by a band I like today. Should be fun.

I kept thinking that tomorrow would be Meatless Monday and logged in on myfitnesspal that I would prepare Crock-Pot French toast! I am so stupid!

Day is shaping well, I need to some urgent work and once its done, I will be free from work for the day

You could always have a meatless Sunday. The alliteration makes it easy to remember, but you could do it any day you like.

It's Sunday here. This morning I went to visit my Mum and Dad. After I got home I did a short workout and had lunch. I think I'll take it easy this afternoon, maybe read some more of a novel.

I had only one lesson today after which I ran into town to pick up some make up items I'd run out of. After this, I'll go for a brisk walk before doing some lesson planning and cooking.

I just finished documentry movie about Nikola Tesla. Now I have to make a Power Point presentation about it.

Another start of the week today, I am feeling positive about it and would like to make it a very good week moving towards the last week of November

First day at work after longer weekend. It was nice day but I really don't have any motivation go there.
