Yes, during difficult times, I always pray to God for help.

Everyone has difficult days but I just get on with them. One thing I do know is that sleeping on a problem often solves it. Sometimes I am fraught because a days has gone badly but I wake up the following morning and everything seems better.

It can be hard going through a rough patch, and we all go through days like that. I find praying and turning to my husband and family helps a lot. Getting it off my chest with my family and sleeping on it really helps relieve the pressure.

Sometimes, I hope the sky will send as warning that these days will be difficult for us, so that we will be prepared emotionally and physically. I hope it is written through the clouds. However, I guess that is being human with a lot of struggles and challenges and strong faith in God.

I agree with you. There are both good and bad days and we should improve ourselves to learn from those bad days. try to take the good thereby reducing the stress. God is always watching us and if you believe in him he will do as well and give us the strength to fight those bad days.

Days are never the same. Some are good while others go against our wishes. We should be thankful to God even for the 'bad' days and pray for better ones. Everyday is a new day and a chance to be better than we were the previous day.

It's true that you never get instant answers in difficult times. We should pray and have patience because God hears prayers and when his time comes he will answer.

You can never know how your day will be. You only need to pray and have hope for a good day. Everyday is a different day and so days can never be the same.

I am having difficult days since the end of July last year, the life I knew is gone, everything disappeared from night to day. I pray to God and I have faith but the reality is that everyday is the same as yesterday and I see no improvements in my life. I was happy but other people evilness destroyed everything I loved. I still hope God will fix things and justice will be made but sometimes is hard to hold on to hope, there are times I just break down and fall on my knees wondering why things turned out so bad.

I have to agree that everyday is different. Sometimes you are happy and you never thought you will be, and then you become sad the next days, sometimes the next hours. We cannot explain how difficult life is, but we will survive this and will do our best to do it.

Every day is a difficult day for me. I'm a very high strung person, and one little misfortune can sometimes ruin my whole day. XD I'm getting better about not letting that happened, though.

* * When I have difficult days or times the first thing I do is try to figure out if it's me that's causing my own problems. If it's me and I'm wrong I pray for forgiveness and for direction or guidance. If it's not me and it's something being caused by "others", I pray for deliverance and for comfort.

There are some who may think "prayer" to an unseen entity is silly and futile. Yeah well. Maybe if the entities that I can see would stop bothering me and causing me difficulties, I wouldn't have to pray at all!

Definitely. Every minute whether good or bad is blessing. Besides, days can never be similar. Yesterday is not today and today is not tomorrow. Every day rises afresh and only God knows what is ahead.

When I'm faced with a difficult day or night, we must be strong inside and out, we never know what this world brings us to each day of our life... So I guess being strong means if we can not handle the situation, there are close friends we can lean on, maybe there is also strength if we are one with God and friends who are there to at least lessens life difficult situations...
