Jogging is one. Playing basketball is another one. It's jumping ang chasing the ball can lessen the fats and helps in loosing weight. Table tennis is also good.

Jogging, skipping, running, playing football, fast walking all these are aerobics that can help keep your breath up for long hours and burning energy or calories all day.

Running at brisk pace can help you reduce weight but there are cases when people gain even more weight by running.

Jumping rope, anyway, we still need to control our diet or reduce it, not to take too many carbohydrate.

Running, boxing and swimming are sports that will lose you weight big time. I have friends that are into boxing and I really love how their arms look like. Looks like the fats are all lost . Most of them that are into running lose weight fast too.

Lots of walking are better for you than running as you are burning more fat.

in my experience (as a person that has gained and lost huge amounts of weight)
the best way is to jog every morning (5 days a week) for 20 mins, sprinting for the first and last 30 seconds of it. For diet I eat mostly beef jerky, tofu, chicken breast wraps (in tortilla with just salt and herbs), steak, salmon. Drink tea or Diet Coke. Once a week half a day and use it as 'cheating' time where you can have a burger, KFC or whatever and a few sweets.
Follow this pattern and you'll lose about 0.2 of a kilo every couple of days.

any physical activities are useful in losing weight. So any sport that needs physical action can be of great help.

I think running and taking long walks can be really helpful in loosing weight. You should do this while checking on your diet.

I have allergy to dairy and crustaceans, so I have to watch what I eat all the time which makes it easier to manage my weight.
