At this stage in my life I have begun to wonder why at all I wore those high heels as balancing on them was not an easy task.

I am not short at all and still I wore them because they were trendy Not only it is difficult to balance on them they are not good for health One can any time slip and live with a permanent disability

a lot of women, I think, wears high heel shoes because it makes them taller, while in case of other women, it gives them curves. Basically, one thing you will notice, when a woman wears high heels, their butt looks big. That's why you will notice some drag queens who are not trans, felt like they have the body of a woman even though they're men, because the high heels gives them the curves.High heels is not healthy though, you know, it gives women bunions, and when they get old, it's going to punish their bones.

I am not a fan of high heels, but I wear them on weddings and some formal celebrations. I am tall, with high heels I feel like I am too tall It is winter here and on a daily basis I wear sneackers or boots.

Beauty is definitely pain, I also wear a lot of high heels then, I'd trip and almost fall be I won't stop, but as I grew up I stopped for a while only wearing them occasionally.

Squats are definitely the safer option. Strong glutes and healthy feet are better than the heels and foot problems later.

Yeah, all this sacrifice just to have a bigger butt, which is what the high heels do to the woman's body.You know, if a person who squats will not need high heels.

Yeah, I used to do this too, and I was pretty bad at walking in high heels, I would trip and fall so many times but I'll still wear them. But now I choose comfort and I won't wear high heels unless it is absolutely necessary for the outfit I'm wearing

Being a man, I've always wondered how you women manage to wear high heels. I also think they're uncomfortable and hurt your feet. However, I believe that for women, it's a matter of appearance and style; in fact, a woman in high heels looks sexy. I think you'd agree on this last point, right?
