This story has really caught my attention.
There's a Swedish guy named Matiz Karansa who is a YouTuber of instruments and he decided to try something completely different. He adopted an octopus named Taco from a Portuguese fishery and started teaching him the piano. It took him a while to earn Taco's trust and get him used to the keyboard he made with levers that his tentacles could pull. At first Taco would only play one or two notes and Karansa used bubbles to coax him. The breakthrough came in August after he put a crab elevator in the tank. Every note Taco played, his favorite crab would go down a little in the tube.
I feel like this project is the worst and the coolest at the same time and shows incredible creativity. It's a vibe of entertainment and science together and it makes people see how animals can be involved in music in a unique way. This is an example of how someone can combine passion and experimentation and create content that captivates the audience and also opens minds to the potential of different creatures.
