I really do not know who is eating my memory If it is Windows there is nothing I can do unless you guys can help me. I have 98 GBs in my C drive and I just have a few MBs to work on.

You can try to clear the history of your browser, or maybe some of the files that you already have but you're emotionally attached to delete, try to upload them in Google Drive. If you have a Google email, you can use Google Drive. You can upload those files there, then delete them from your phone or pc. It will give you space.

I have deleted whatever files I feel I can but it could be Windows that is updating and keeping files that I cannot see
