There are plenty of moments I remember, but the one that gave me the greatest thrill was singing the National Anthem in our Coliseum for 10,000 people, that were so quiet you could hear a pin drop.
It has always amazed me how many people can be so rude when a performance is taking place, with no concern for the person providing it, or the hours (and dollars) they spend practicing to get to that point.
BUT NOT THIS TIME!
And it truly was the thrill of my life (about 40 years ago) and I will never forget it.
