Thanks every one for warm welcome.. I am still finding my footing here, trying to figure out how to post and where to do it LOL . thanks for the reputation points.. (ok I still don't know what it is) I hope my posts are useful too. I think my learning curve is a bit steep.. give me time and i will be bouncing around..
