Just joined just now.
Nervous and not sure what I am doing or how to use forum, but hope it all comes quickly and I can make lots of new friends on here to chat to.
I am nearly 60 and very much a dinosaur in this sort of world, so any help you can give me will be most helpful.

So different from other forums.
How do I find out if anyone has posted after me so I can add, is there an notification button somewhere?
Also had a private message and couldn't find out how to read it.

Any very simple tips would be most helpful.

I will try to pop in every day to get some practice so I can learn what I am meant to be doing .

I am over flowing with good chat, not sure f it is any good, so once I have slowly found my sealegs you won't be able to shut me up!!! LOL

Just having a practice here, must pop in once a day while I am learning.
You will know from Mylot I am overflowing with chat, so people might get fed up with my chat once I get going on here, I can chat for England as we say in England.
As you know I am a slow learner on new sites but I will get there slowly.
Hopefully up to speed by the summer holiday when I don't have to work then I can sit and chat all day!!! Boy will you be sick of mr then, begging me to go back to work

I am just a mega big dinosaur on things like this and all lap top things, so not just a age thing. People say I am younger in my outlook on some things but not on pc's, lazy to learn, can't even copy and paste, just do the bits I know how to do.
Not sure how to post without quoting, had a pm and couldn't open it.

Any good tips for a new dinosaur person gratefully recieved.

I am hoping by the summer holiday (I don't work school holidays unless I chose to) so hoping I will have found my way round and be able to spend loads of time here chatting.
