I can see from your topic you linked to that you moved hosts around this time. I don't suppose that there was some issue there with transferring things over or users taking a while to see the new site and claiming tickets on the old site for a while?

I don't really care about the missing tickets but I just thought you might want to look into it incase there was a more serious issue. I am 99% sure I saw a massive drop in my number of tickets.

Sorry CyberFreak and those who was affected. I checked my previous host but I am not allowed to check my database unless I pay them for another month. I would really like to pay to check the database and have a clean move to the new database. However, my old host new owner do not accept Bitcoin. I am really sorry for the lost tickets.
