They are smart to require ad-block to be turned off. I hate ads too, but sites cannot survive and pay us without ads. This admin is smart because he knows how to make money and he uses that money to pay us.
I just recently cashed out on this site. It's legit. It took me 4 days and 10 posts to cashout $5.
