I don't quite understand forumwheel, do we have to join every forum site that we want to post on?

Ok. ForumWheel works like this:
You register there.
Then you register in the Gateway Forum. Then you link accounts (I think?).
Then you make 10 posts (please take your time and do 10 GOOD POSTS - because this will define your score/rating and it won't change anymore).
Then you can join forums based on your score. I also believe score pays a little more?

Anyways, that's about it. Remember to follow the forum's rules/guidelines.
It's more complex than ForumCoin, but it pays more too - $0,10 per post

That is a really nice big list, I guess you are profiting from these sites quite a but I would like to ask if a person have limited time in hand, which one would be the best to try, are they in order of best paying. And which are the ones are still paying you.

In the end I chose to spend my time with FC, Wheel and Yappem. Since recently I'm very busy I'm mostly keeping up with Yappem, and sometimes logging in on Wheel and FC to check out my threads/posts.

I can't see Paid Forum Posting here. It's similar to Postloop and ForumWheel. You do 7 test posts and wait to hear but if you are not successful they don't get back to you. I applied around a week ago but didn't hear anything so I take it I didn't get in. They are very strict but apparently have been around for a while and pay quite well.
