My brother is a Graphic Designer. I blog his services all the time, like what I'm doing right now. You may pay him minimum of 50$ up to how much your designs would take and cost. You may contact him through his Facebook Account https://www.facebook.com/samaelvonseur You may find all of his graphic Designs there currently his working with another projects but he can still accept job services from you guys!

I suggest you tell your brother about fiverr.com. He can create a gig there as a graphic designer and if the gig is good enough he can get some clients

You can ask your brother to sign up at Upwork. There are lots of available jobs for Graphic Designer. I will ask a friend who needs a Graphic designer if they still need it and I let you know.

Thank you for sharing your brother's services, maybe they will be usefull to me in the future. Could you be more specific about what programs he works with, programming languages he uses please. This information is important to me because I may also advertise his services near the people I know
