ExecutiveBux is another Revshare that gonna be launch 8 of this month.
For now , they are giving 100 dollars to the purchase balance, probably is temporary untill the oficial launch or something like that. With the 100 dollars you can buy ad packs or cash links, for example.
So , with this looks like a scam, and may be or not, but they have another revshare that looks like is paying ( is a revshare with forum ) and besides that with the 100 dollars you dont need to spend money to test the site.

Each AdPack is $10 and they mature after 10 days, they say. Each AdPack give 150% profit, $15.

btw, i dont think will be possible withdraw the 100 ( obviously ) after the ad packs mature but will be a good start to start buying ad packs. Anyway, if the packs really mature in 10 days probably in 2..3 weeks i will know if is scam or not
