Two weeks ago, I came across an insurance survey by company Joany (Formely known as Impact Health). It is really a legit survey. After you've completed the survey, they will review your responses and maybe request for additional documentation to verify your insurance plan is still an active health plan for 2017. You will be paid via Paypal, Amazon Gift Card, or any other format you choose only when YOU ARE QUALIFIED.

Joany is conducting a very focused Research Study in the form of a survey to better understand the good, bad, and ugly of purchasing something as critical as health insurance as well as what the current experience is for individuals and families.
This specific Research Study is targeted to those that have purchased their health insurance directly through a health plan or through their state’s Exchange. In order to produce valid research data, every survey submitted is carefully and thoughtfully qualified by our team of experts.

Below shown is the email I received from them after I completed the survey.

Though, I was not qualified through an email. But, they give me a referral link. If anyone of you here is able to complete the survey and qualified, I will earn 25 dollars and so do you. It's a WIN-WIN situation :Smile:. The survey takes about 10-15 minutes to complete. After that, you just have to wait for their email to see whether you are qualified and rewarded. I think it's worth a try so I share to you guys.

Note: I think this survey is more suitable and advantageous for those living in US and have bought themselves insurance. I not sure when this offer will end but i think probably this year.

This particular survey requires the following:

You’ve already purchased your health insurance plan, and is active for 2017.
You purchased your health insurance plan through your state exchange, Healthcare.gov, through a broker, or directly through a health plan like Oscar, Kaiser Permanente, Blue Shield, etc.
You don’t receive your health insurance through an employer.
You don’t receive your health insurance through your school or university.
You are not on your state’s Medicaid program, Medicare, or VA health insurance.

I don't think we have to wait for long time, more members mean less reward due to competition between members.

Do you know if the site is open to international members? I read somewhere that probably it is only open to tier 1 country residents.

most of the sites like this one seems scam, refer earning $25 sounds fishy. Sorry I need payment proof before joining it though I'm sure it has country restrictions or not.

Do you guys have an idea while the site has big referral bonus? That was big! Is there anyone that got paid or got to use the site and earned from referral. I have doubts about referral, however, it looks legit but a survey sites cannot give that high amount of referral bonus, this is the first time I learned something like that. What is the rate per survey?

It is enough for me ,just to think about how much pays for referrals,and I don't trust the site.
