I have registered to this and I got $6 already so I checked on their Frequently asked questions, and I find vague, it says it will need 90 days for a member to cash-out his earnings, So after I read that, I searched reviews for Empowr and this is the link:

I used to be a member of that site and I left it when everytime I was near to get some money they either took it away through fees or to advertising. Honestly either I did not understand how that site works or the only ones who are making money with it are the owners.

Yeah, it is probably scam, but there is very hard to find out anything about this website. Well, I gave it a try. Check out my new post, I found out a new website that looks like it is paying, and it is not bad at all.
