I know Publipt very well. I am a member since a long time and I confirm that the site is legit. The only problem I see is the minimum amount to withdraw, so it takes some time to achieve it, even with some referrals. Anyway if there is a portuguese site I would recommend is this one.

There are a lot of ads to watch during all the day, some days I get 500 points. It takes some time to cash out, but as you can be doing other things online at the same time, you just have to let the ads run, you don't need to really watch it, so it just another way to win some money without work!
