Fabrics are mandatory for all, but once they get old, torn or useless, you may reuse them as pillows and save on the cost of buying pillow.

1) Cut ordinary clothes according to the pillow size and make a sackbag.
2) Wash old socks and tattered soft clothes sew them, and fill them well in the sackbag instead of cotton.
3) Now sew the sackbag in proper manner, it will become a pillow-socket.
4) Cut the old shirt according to the pillow and make a pillow-cover.

Your pillow is ready. If you want to keep it in the drawing/ living room, then you can buy a new pillow-cover. You can also earn money by selling such pillows online.

Bonus -
When the pillow also become useless, it can be sewn with a thick fabric like jean to make it a doormat.

I collected old pillows, cut them out because most of the cottons are brittle , form into clumps , combined them into a pillow. I sew old shirts together to firm a sackbag, which is the pillow. Sew the edges and fluff it. Best to hang outside in the sun to kill the bacteria or germs

Yeah I do stitch even my clothes as a hobby and I save money. so it is good way of saving money

I don't think it is could be as comfortable as if we buy a normal pillow, but it is great if you want to save for a pillow
