Early bed and rise for savings

Postby Yugocean » 21 Jan 2023, 07:14

A natural way to save electricity is to wake up early and go to bed early. You will use more electricity if you stay awake until late at night, and you will also use less electricity if you go to bed early. Waking up early in the morning will give you natural light, and walking in the fresh air and light in the morning will give energy to the body, which will cure many diseases and protect your health budget.

This is good tips for electricity savings and maintaining good health. I am a morning person. I get up early and go for a morning walk. I also go to bed early, at around 10:30 pm.

One of my goals for this year is going to bed before 11pm and wake up earlier too, this is something very difficult for me but I am doing some progress. I notice that when wake up earlier it is easier for me to do all my things and I am not in such a hurry as when I wake up late.

11 PM isn't difficult, unless you have a habit of late night TV shows. Here I am planning 10:30 PM.
during good old days, we used to sleep at 9:30 (10 PM was considered very late).

These things are smaller things but do help you save money if you have a fixed time to sleep and to wake up then you won't indulge in unnecessary things and this is how you can save money

Proper point, small things which are ignored have health, wealth and happiness; we learned this from childhood, but, hardly people implement.

My electricity bill raised a lot in the last two months, this is enough to make us go to bed earlier, if we are sleeping we won't spend electricity  the prices are crazy here lately and every little saving is important.

Sleeping early is actually pretty healthy. The body needs enough time to rest and recover, so having enough sleep helps the body. The problem is that there are times where due to work or one thing or the other, we are not able to sleep on time.

That doesn't work for me, because my natural sleep cycle just is what it is, and the daylight hours aren't enough to get everything done. That must be even worse if you live closer to the poles.

That's right I agree with you. In addition, there are times when the eyes cannot be forced to close early. Especially when there are still some things we need to think about.

Or I will say going to bed early and waking up late? That way have a considerable time of the day sleeping, hence less need for electricity.

I don't think this would work because one's own peculiar condition might warrant him or her staying awake late all night.
