We all are aware of Spots where we can find free WiFi in our city so we should use these when required. We shouldn't access Internet banking and other sophisticated websites through publicly free data but can always access Facebook, you tube etc.

Yes anything cheap you can still spend money but you can not spend if you get it for free. So go for the total free one
