Personally, I would not agree with this at all. The most important thing is to be healthy. What's the point in saving money if you have an unhealthy diet? Your health is your wealth. Even from a financial perspective the logic is wrong, being unhealthy is expensive - you will not be productive and medical bills are not cheap.
Do you really think that is good advice @MysticMoons? If you take a minute to think of someone you really care about, is that something you would advise them to do?
You don't need to starve to lose weight. You just need to check your diet. Starving to lose weight would make you unhealthy.King Belieal wrote:Maybe, I would have to adopt this method since I have been adding so much weight. Wouldn't want to be looking obsess.

Cutting even one meal a day, will make sure you save money. If you eat light snacks like peanuts you can also skip lunch, but I always eat a good dinner. Skipping meals has saved me money and made my food last longer! Even if you do not sleep in, eating a candy bar, and skipping lunch is one great way to save money on food every month, and have more money for toys.

Some obesity can be genetic though. But it is triggered more by factors like inactivity and lack of exercise.cmoneyspinner wrote:King Belieal wrote:Maybe, I would have to adopt this method since I have been adding so much weight. Wouldn't want to be looking obsess.
It's incredible that in America, obesity is like an epidemic. At the same time, there are a lot of citizens who are starving.

Quite true. One can grab a piece of doughnut with a liter of yoghurt and it's okay. But does that actually save cost ahead of eating real food?sweerie_banana wrote:I love that incorporating fruits into your diet is a healthy choice due to their rich vitamins, minerals, and fiber content.
Post-workout snacks are good after a strenuous workout consider options that provide a mix of carbohydrates and protein. I love to blend fruits with a source of protein such as protein powder, Greek yogurt, or milk for a nutritious post-workout drink.
