I would rather not. It's bad for the environment to buy cheap junk, so if I can afford it I prefer to spend a bit more for things that will last longer/are more likely to work. Also I'd rather not buy stuff made in sweatshops if I can help it.

I purchased few items from China as few earrings and one eye glasses frame, the frame and one ear ring was excellent but third ear ring was very low grade so I finally decided to not to go for cheap.

Yes some of the sites online sell chesp things like Temu. I have seen that they sell their items very cheap.

I have personally not shopped with Amazon before. I do severally with AliExpress because their prices are always 30% cheaper than what is on offer in Amazon.
