You must not go for the state of the art kind of gym. Just get a simple gym around you with a sound instructor and join.

I no longer visited a gym after its closure during the rage of the virus. This time I can save the pay there monthly, instead I do a 15-minute jog-walk every day.

I still gym everyday but at a place that I can afford. Gym houses are class by class just like fastfood restaurants. No real difference but packaging. One can find affordable gyms around and gym.

For me, I don't spend a dime to gym. Every neighborhood in my country has a local gym where young guys go to workout. And I use that too.

This helps to save the cost of going to the gym, it is also fun gyming with your friends unlike the gym where you meet different faces and have to face gyming squarely.

Just follow fitness vlogs, you would see exercises for that you can engage in that would not require you going to the gym but would be very effective to keep you fit.

I have access to the gym in our apartment complex and that's free for all residents. I use them. You have to pay the trainers if you need one. I go twice to gym and don't need a trainer. Rest of the days, I do other forms of exercise like walking, swimming, cycling etc.

That is why you should gym at home for a long time before deciding to commit to paying for professional gym services.
