Water is healthy, cheap and easily accessible. Why don't you make it your priority drink?

I drink plenty of water through out the day. That helps me stay away from many health issues and also I have a hydrated radiant skin. It saves money on my skin care too.

I agree soft drinks are not only bad for health but also for your wallet once you stop drinking you do not want them as much as before so I think it is very good idea to stop consuming soft drinks

Water is good for health, while searching for home remedies for any illness on priority you will see water. So by drinking more and more water you won't go to Doctor and so you save money in this way too.

Water is a major component of our body. Taking it even in excess doesn't have any harmful effects on the body.

That's not true. You can actually drink too much water, which messes up the balance of electroyltes (certain minerals in your body) which can cause muscle cramps, headaches, dizziness and brain fog. If you're drinking a lot of water you need to make sure you get some salt too.

Your reason for drinking water should not just be for saving alone, water is extremely important cause it's part of what the body needs to survive.

If you can avoid sugary drinks as much as you can and take more of water, you would have drastically cut down the risk of having chronic conditions like diabetes and hypertension.

You need to be educated about water toxicity and the danger of even death if you drink too much water. Study this website for details: https://www.healthline.com/health/overhydration

Way back in my own past, I used to drink a variety of sodas as my primary form of beverages. I also enjoy just plain water. I don't recall any particular reason, but I eventually stopped drinking all sodas and have been drinking water more than anything else for years. It has probably been more than 30 years since I had any soda.

I don't just guzzle it for the sake of drinking something, but I drink water when I'm thirsty. I might have a cup of coffee every once in awhile and enjoy orange juice and apple cider, but almost never anything else. Drink something when your body tells you that you are thirsty but don't over do it.

Funny thing, someone recently handed me a can of Pepsi, which I recall I used to really enjoy. I took a couple of sips and gagged. It was terrible. I'm glad I enjoy water more than anything else. It is so much better and so much cheaper.

@OldGuy I am surely taking a leaf from you. That abstinence from Soda could be one of the reasons for your sustained healthy longevity. Water would just be my drink if choice from nie, even if I go to an ocassion.

A sachet of water of 35cl costs 8 cents while a bottle of coke with the same Volume is $3. It is a clear thing which is better.
