If that's the case, it's better if you just cook enough, and cook again when the food supply runs out.
Unfortunately, this condition would lead to major expend of time, energy and money to maintain. But you have got to do it for your body.

Yes, that's how there is one that must be sacrificed, but health is the most important.

When you cook everyday, you tend to spend money on a daily basis which can affect your savings.

We do not eat leftovers at home, those were fed to the stray animals. Leftovers are toxic. Measure the food you will cook that is the best way to save money.

I am not challenging your lifestyle but cooking food frequently doesn't save money at all when it comes to ingredients and other resources.

We cook only what is good for the day during breakfast, lunch, and dinner. At home, we eat hot foods, not leftovers. they are toxic.

On weekends, I cook food that would last to Monday or Tuesday. I realized that it is far cheaper with this approach.

For me I would like eating what I have cooked for myself. I am not a fan of leftovers at all.

I also only cook food for meals a day, usually only for 2-3 meals a day and it's run out. 😁

For me, someone that likes to eat fresh food can't really help but cook everyday even though it is far expensive than cooking in bulk.

I agree with you it might not work for those that like fresh food but all the same it will still be a good idea for those with family to cater for.

The pandemic changed my ways of cooking and storing them. I also do cook a lot and the leftovers will be keep in the fridge. Then, reheat it for the sake of having them in the house.

Not only is cooking in bulk cheap but it is also convenient as you won't have to cook everyday thereby saving you time.

I seldom cook in bulk. I prefer to eat freshly made food. I just cook in small quantities. If there is leftover, I would put them in the fridge and eat them the next day.

We need to see our family consumption and if we have a small family then also we can cook in the required quantity and refrigerate the remainder

If you cook once in a weeke, you get to save money as your gas would just be lying idle especially if you have a microwave.

That's right you just cook and storage properly for a long period of time and money is saved.

You can reheat leftovers easily in the microwave if you have one, or using the oven or stove.

Leftovers are not toxic. If you refrigerate them straight away they should be safe to eat for several days.

Cooking in bulk can help if you can store the food properly so it can be used for longer duration

I even make my food half done and store in refrigerator. Eat it as I need it. It usually lasts five days because I cook in a big pot. Saves me time and stress.
