Apart from saving certain amount of money, it will also give you opportunity to nurture and monitor your kids personally.

I also have this type of thought and I think it is the best way to go about everything

If you have caring siblings, they would help you to teach your kids free of charge.

Why do the kids need lessons after school? Are they not learning what they are supposed to during class?

Teaching them after school wouldn't work for most people who have a day job with standard hours- if you finish at 5 by the time you get home it's time for dinner. I suppose you could do lessons after dinner, but that's going to push back bed time which is not idea for younger kids. Plus they need time after school to just play and be a kid after being at school all day.

Taking out one to teach your kids will help you keep the the money you'd have given out and will also help you dictate your child's weak point thereby working to develop it.

That is actually the duty of the parents to tutor their kids. Kids need the love from a mom or dad and they always want them to be the ones to teach them, but if parents are too tired and busy, it is also good to hire a tutor. But only those who can afford to pay.

It would even help in bonding with your kids if you take out time to teach them. This has benefits at so many levels.

That is why someone should marry a person who is a little bit exposed educationaly. Probably a college degree. It can save you money on paying an extra lesson teacher.

Nobody can go wrong with this tip. Lesson teachers are charging quite high lately. Take up the job and save the payment

I was negotiating with a lesson teacher for my nieces aged two and three. The prices she mentioned were really high. Can't blame her though but I would take up the challenge.

You should just that up as they are still kids and won't be doing that much work instead of paying high sum of money to a lesson teacher.

Yeah way to go it is becoming extremely high now. We just have to create time for our kids teaching.

Yeah and most especially first child you need to dedicate your time in taking them through then when they are grown, they may be the one to teach their younger ones after school

This will put an end to my main job

OK, returning serious ;) . My cousin taught her 7 years old child after school. She is a housewife in a third world country (Argentina), so she hasn't enough money to spend. In any way, in our Mercosur geographic areas, lessons are not that expensive. As a teacher, I usually meet the needs of families, reducing the cost of my lessons.

I studied education as a course. I am knowledgeable on how to teach kids even though I am not working in the educational sector. I teach my kids myself and they perform better than kids whose parents pay lesson teachers for.
