If you find one that satisfied this then it's actually not bad to go for it and some do sell their used product just because they needed money or just want to purchase one of higher version and these products are still in good condition.

It would depend on the kind of products. For appliances I would have it checked well especially if the mechanical and electrical fixtures are in good condition. Maybe shoes as long as it's not that worn out.

You won't find second hand products to buy in the mall. You mostly find it on social media where it is sold peer to peer on the social media marketplaces
