My brother repairs minor faults in our home furniture. It is not every crack that one should call a carpenter when they are males at home. A few females even can handle basic woodwork. It would help save money.

Wood work is not easy and not everyone can do that and you need to be very good at it to be able to do that and save money

As a male in my society, a basic knowledge if woodwork is a must. People generally call you to help out with basic woodwork maintenance and repairs.

Being Male does not mean you will have complete knowledge and you can complete woodwork which otherwise will be completed by an expert

We can learn basic Wood work as it's not so difficult and for difficult work we can call a carpenter

Learning wood work is not too bad. You have to just be committed. It would help you keep some costs low at home.
