So true. But unfortunately cycling for areas with lots of ups and downs will be less effective and too energy-consuming.

Cycling is widely used by school children and mothers in urban areas where the majority of places are flat.

PMS has hiked transportation costs in my country. Maybe I would switch to cycling.
