You even have conflicts too with an employee who is not a family member. It is all about understanding. If it saves cost, it should be followed. Not all family members save cost being employees though.

That's where the problem lies. The family member must be a very reasonable person for this to work out. I would say hire a person that just turned 18. Won't demand high wages.

it always backfires most times. They would work with sentiments and cause a drag on the flow of work.

I personally does not fancy myself to do that as it will open gates for rifts, fights and that will spoil the relationship so better to hire professionals
