There are so many things that we can do to save money going for grocery shopping and I feel most important is to compare prices of products with stores and online

I have also noticed and been surprised by this at my local Tesco store. I suspect a lot of people buy the larger packages, assuming that the unit price is less, without actually checking it. I've also noticed that the stores sometimes get the unit price wrong on their shelf labels, so it does pay to be alert and careful.
