We also save the seeds so we can sow them the following year, we usually save tomato seeds, peppers, watermelons, melons, parsley, lettuce..., saving seeds is also a way of saving money, as we won't have to buy them to sow.

Some farmers take it a step further by even selling the seeds out. You run a backyard farm that saves you cost of food and still make money selling the seed.

It is a fact. even if we don't have money to buy meat or fish, we always have vegetables from our garden to make a soup, eggs from our chickens and fruits. People who don't have this are in a much vulnerable situation.

That's true my sister. You just enter your garden and get some vegetables. Even if you don't find any fish, meat or egg, you use crayfish and you get something to eat without having to go get debt.

Even though I haven't practiced this, people that do this always have abundance of food even when they're broke. That's the reason why people in rural areas always have food at all times.

It is little hard but not impossible so we should try to save as much as we can by growing our own crops or veggies

It is only difficult if you don't have space. It doesn't need any special care. Just plant the crops in your garden and let it sprout by itself.
