I have people that use this and it is effective.It might not be the most efficient but people who can't afford an oven can make some money baking cakes for people to earn so that they can buy ovens.

There are some alternatives to Teflon like ceramic coating (which is what I use right now) but I know there are other options but they are very expensive.

ceramic coating pans have 1 year lifespan after that its poisonous.
