From what you listed, the only thing that may cost a little bit more is healthy food, but it definitely worth it. When we go to the supermarket it is easy to fall intemptation as the cheapest things are also the worse to our health, Supermarkets are full of trash that they call food, we must be aware of their traps to make us buy things that are awful to our health.

Yeah, we need to study ourself to know when to rest and we should not overwork because it later affect the body , some people won't sleep all night claiming they are working and not knowing these things are having side effects on him.
