You can also buy sunlight liquid soap and dilute it with Salk and water to make thripple the amount of soap. I have been doing it for months now. Saw the hack at an event we attended. The chef hired there was about to wash the dishes and pots. So he took out a new dish washing liquid and began the whole process, I was so amazed. I actually approached him and he gladly explained the process. I no longer buy soap every month now.

I know the ways to create my own soap, but that takes lots of ingredients, gas (stove) and also time. If you make lots of soap, it may save money, if you only want few, it will cost more.

I don't know how to make soap but I know there are tutorials online and it isn't difficult. I have a friend who makes soap to sell, she has some serious financial problems and I buy her soaps to help her.

I have never made any soap and detergents by myself. But I'll visit you tube and search for videos on how to make them.

This is so true. In our home, there are just two residents (including me). One bar of supermarket soap lasts us a good amount of time. Maybe someday (if there'll be more people in our home) we'll try making homemade soap.

I don't think this is feasible and we should post things that can be tried by everyone and I think 99.9 % won't even give this a thought, so I am sorry but this is not a money tip
