Just because a sales marketer, friend, or a random person gave you a coupon/discount voucher does not mean that you automatically need to use it. Especially if the coupons or vouchers are for things that do not really interest you. Spending $0 is way better than the savings that you'll get from buying unnecessary stuff = even if they cost lower than their original prices because of the coupon/voucher application. But if you don't want the coupons or discount vouchers to go to waste, you can present them as a gift to someone else instead.
As a rule of thumb, use coupons or discount vouchers only on things (or food) that you were already planning to purchase even before you laid hands on them.
